One in three of us will get cancer and it’s the toughest thing most of us will ever face. If you’ve been diagnosed with cancer, or a loved one has, you’ll want a team of people in your corner supporting you every step of the way. Macmillan provide practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care.

Disabled Access

Both practices are designed for easy access by disabled patients.  A wheelchair is available and there are 2 tarmac parking spaces designated for disabled drivers and emergency vehicles.


Breckland Care at Home is a Non-profit making Company based at Elmham Surgery which provides high quality home care services, advocacy, advice and support to individuals or groups in the local community. More information can be found here


Community Car Schemes provide transport for essential journeys for people in the local area who do not have access to a car and where public transport is not suitable. The main journeys provided are to hospitals, GP surgeries, Dentists, opticians and other essential medical appointments. For further information regarding the schemes near you please contact the surgery. Currently the Swanton Morley Community Car Scheme urgently require for more volunteers. The mileage rate is 45p and you can decide how much you wish to be involved. If you have some spare time and would be interested in driving for the scheme please contact A Sadler on 01362 638588 or R Northall on 01362 637620.
