NOTICE TO ALL PATIENTS - CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE
From mid-November 2013 we are launching Patient Access. This is a new site which allows you to view, book and cancel your own appointments as well as view and request your repeat medicaton online.
You will need to register with the surgery to obtain log in authorisation. Please speak to reception who will be happy to help you further.

Our current facility for prescriptions will end on January 1st 2014.
CHRISTMAS HOME DELIVERY OF MEDICINES 2013
There will be no home deliveries on:-
Christmas Day - Wednesday 25th December 2013,
Boxing Day - Thursday 26th December 2013 and
New Years Day - Wednesday 1st January 2014
Please order early in December for delivery and allow at least three working days notice.
Services will return to normal the week beginning 6th January 2014.
Elmham and Swanton Morley Non-NHS Work and Costs
The NHS does not pay for some services. Sometimes you may be asked to pay a fee for the work that you ask your doctor to do for you. The fees are a guide recommended by the British Medical Association to cover work, which a family doctor is not normally required to do.
