New Patient Registration

boy_with_cold2New patients will be accepted only if they live within the practice boundary and at the Partners' discretion. On completion of the registration paperwork you will be asked to make an appointment with a Health Care Assistant for a new patient health check.

If you are currently on long term treatment / medication you will be offered an appointment with one of the doctors to ensure a supply of monthly prescriptions from our in house dispensary

Practice Area

Patients registered with the practice must normally live within the practice boundary area. This limitation is present to ensure that the practice can provide fast and appropriate emergency care to a patient who falls ill suddenly.
