The Big Opt Out

Opting out of NHS Central Databases

When ordering your prescription you need to give 48 hours notice (excluding weekends and/or Bank Holidays). Prescriptions take 48 hours to prepare from the time they reach us ...... not the time posted!  Please allow 72 hours for Remote Deliveries to ensure we have all the medication in time for delivery.

Prescriptions can be posted, faxed, brought into the surgery or picked up from the remote collection sites. We do not accept telephone requests for prescriptions.  You are welcome to try our new online repeat prescription form.

If you have any queries about your medication, write on the bottom of your prescription order form or telephone the dispensary Mon to Fri between 9.30 am - 12 noon and 2.00pm - 4.30 pm. Wed afternoon 3.00pm – 4.00pm on 01362 668215. Prescriptions with queries usually take an extra day or two to process.

Please remember - When you call to collect your prescription, if you are exempt from prescription charges, we are required by law to ask you to produce evidence of exemption and will be unable to release your prescription without this.
