Repeat Prescriptions

If you submit your request online late on a Friday or over a weekend it won't be read until the Monday or after a Bank Holiday, the next working day.

When ordering your prescription you need to give 2 working days notice (excluding weekends and/or Bank Holidays). Prescriptions take 48 hours to prepare from the time they reach us ...... not the time posted! Please allow 3 working days for Remote Deliveries to ensure we have all the medication in time for delivery.

Prescriptions can be posted, faxed, brought into the surgery or picked up from the remote collection sites. We do not accept telephone requests for prescriptions. You you can order your repeat prescription directly through this site. Click on the link above and complete the simple registration form. Please note that you can only order the medication that is on your repeat slip.

If you have any queries about your medication, write on the bottom of your prescription order form or telephone the dispensary (see dispensary opening times)  on 01362 668215. Prescriptions with queries usually take an extra day or two to process.

Please remember - When you call to collect your prescription, if you are exempt from prescription charges, we are required by law to ask you to produce evidence of exemption and will be unable to release your prescription without this.

Please Note...

Elmham Surgery and Swanton Morley Surgery are working with Norfolk PCT to reduce the expenditure on commonly prescribed drugs. The Cambridgeshire PCT Prescribing Formulary is and evidence-based formulary acknowledge as best practice. The GP Partners have agreed to implement this formulary as the Elmham and Swanton Morley Surgeries preferred first and second line choices for commonly prescribed drugs.
