Van Delivery & Collection Service

  

Elmham Surgery and Swanton Morley Surgery operates a free home delivery and collection service for medication.  We deliver and collect from the Post Offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, please see table below. The service is available to all of our patients – if you pay for your prescriptions please send your payment with your repeat request.  Any uncollected medications will be returned to the surgery.  Please note that you can only collect your prescription during Post Office opening hours. Please allow 3 working days for remote deliveries to ensure we have all the medication in time for delivery.  The current prescription charge is £7.20per item.
