The group consist of a small number of patients of the Swanton Morley Surgery and members of the practice team that foster good relations between Practice and patients. they meet about every two months and discuss matters that affect the patient/practice interaction. the group will not discuss the interaction between a patient and their doctor; the discussions relate to the administration of the practice in its contact with patients.
