Repeat Prescriptions

You can register for our online service SystmOnline and order repeat prescriptions.

You can make a custom request after you continued to the next page when ordering online to inform Dispensary where you want your medication delivered to if you have not been set up already for Remote or Home Delivery.

If nothing is written in the notes section on the next page, it will be assumed you will collect from Elmham Surgery, Swanton Morley Surgery or to the set location on your records.

PRESCRIPTION FEES

If you submit your request online late on a Friday or over a weekend it won't be read until the Monday or after a Bank Holiday, the next working day.

Repeat Prescription

When ordering your prescription you need to give 3 working days notice (excluding weekends and/or Bank Holidays). Prescriptions take 72 hours to prepare from the time they reach us ...... not the time posted! Please allow 3 working days for Remote Deliveries to ensure we have all the medication in time for delivery.

Prescriptions can be posted, brought into the surgery or picked up from the remote collection sites. We do not accept telephone requests for prescriptions.

You can order your repeat prescription directly through this site. Click on the link above and complete the simple registration form. Please note that you can only order the medication that is on your repeat slip.

If you have any queries about your medication, write on the bottom of your prescription order form or telephone the dispensary (see dispensary opening times)  on 01362 668 215. Prescriptions with queries usually take an extra day or two to process.

Please remember - when you call to collect your prescription, if you are exempt from prescription charges, we are required by law to ask you to produce evidence of exemption and will be unable to release your prescription without this.

Please Note...

Elmham Surgery, Swanton Morley Surgery and Toftwood Medical Centre are working with South Norfolk CCG to reduce the expenditure on commonly prescribed drugs. The Cambridgeshire Formulary is evidence-based and is an acknowledgement of best practice. The GP Partners have agreed to implement this formulary as the Elmham Swanton Morley Surgeries and Toftwood Medical Centre preferred first and second line choices for commonly prescribed drugs.
