To ensure the best, safe care for you and your family, this practice offers non-urgent/routine online consultations requests, medication queries and admin requests during opening hours (8am to 6.30pm)

You can also continue to submit urgent care requests online however once we have reached safe capacity you will then only have the option of submitting routine, non-urgent and admin requests.

If you do require an urgent appointment after we can no longer offer online requests, then please call the surgery on 01362 668215 or call 111 or in an emergency call 999

For all non-urgent requests, please be advised that we may not respond until the following day and you may be signposted to access care elsewhere where appropriate.
