Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Paramedic

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and caring Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Paramedic to join our friendly, high-achieving and supportive group of practices.
The post holder will be working as part of the wider Elmham Group of Practices Teams which include North Elmham and Swanton Morley Practices.
With support from the General Practitioners and existing Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Advanced Clinical Paramedic, the post holder will be responsible for providing care of the presenting Patient through initial history taking, clinical assessment, investigations leading to appropriate diagnosis and treatment pathways. Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and acting within Professional boundaries expected. To work collaboratively as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team. Providing support to colleagues within their direct team. Assisting with the development of Protocols, Education, and training programmes, along with involvement in Research and Audit Programmes where appropriate.
IT and Clinical System Administrator
