Covid Autumn / Winter 2024 Vaccination Campaign

Please note that Swanton Morley Surgery will not be used as a vaccination centre for the Autum/Winter 24 Campaign.

Patients that are able to travel for a vaccination should contact the National Booking Service online - book, cancel or change a COVID-19 vaccination appointment - NHS - or they can call 119.

Please do not call our reception team as we are unable to help.

Please note: this service is not yet open for the Autumn/Winter Campaign but will be available to patients from the 23rd September to book an appointment from 3rd October.

Please note: housebound patients and care home residents should not contact the National Booking Service. Once a provider is agreed the ICB will update us on where to refer any questions regarding these patients.
