District Nurses
The District Nurses care for housebound patients. Although employed by Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust, the District Nursing Team can be contacted via the surgery.
Health Visitors
A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children, and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around general aspects of physical, mental, and social wellbeing.

Community Midwives
We are supported by the Dereham Community Midwifery team. They work with the surgery to care for mothers before and after delivery. The community Midwives run clinics from Dereham Hospital.
Community Nurses
We are supported by the District Nurse Community team. The district nursing team work with the surgery to care for our housebound patients.
They are all experienced and well qualified to assess the immediate and long-term need of patients and their families in the community.
