District Nurse
The District Nurse cares for housebound patients. Although she is employed by Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust and is based at Wymondham Health Centre, she can be contacted via the surgery on 01362 668 215
Other Health Professionals
There are several other health professionals who work at the surgery but who are not the employees of the practice including the Community Midwife, the Health Visitor and the Podiatrist.
The Midwife clinics will be as follows: - Currently not available
- Mondays: 9am to 11:20am (New booking clinic only)
- Thursdays: 9am to 12:20pm (Follow-ups only)

Social Worker
We have a social worker surgery where you can discuss any adult social care issues including physical disabilities. Carers and families are also invited to use this service. Please contact the surgery to book an appointment. For further information regarding Adult Social Services please please contact reception.
