Royal British Legion – Dereham
Welcome to the Dereham and District Branch of The Royal British Legion.
We provide financial, social and emotional care and support to all members of the British Armed Forces – past and present and their families. The Legion is also the national Custodian of Remembrance and safeguards the Military Covenant between the nation and its Armed Forces and is best known for the annual Poppy Appeal and its emblem, the red poppy.
The Dereham & District Branch meets at 7.30pm on the first Wednesday of the month at Toftwood Social Club in Toftwood. Doors open at 7pm.
Dereham Veteran’s Breakfast Club
Our purpose is to facilitate veterans and serving Armed Forces personnel.
We meet face to face in a relaxed, safe, social environment to enjoy breakfast and banter, to combat loneliness and allow veterans to ”return to the tribe.
